No connection, bad customer service.

Again stuck without internet connection. Call their support only to have "Tammy" provide nothing but attitude, and when bringing across my concerns to the fact that I work remotely and having no internet affects me negatively. She just disregarded it all and shut the phone down. After saying blatantly "You will have to wait 24 hours for a call back". Terrible customer service from Tammy.

This has been the whole day, I haven't been able to work. Due to the fact that the company I trust to ensure I've got internet hasn't fulliled the one duty they need to, which is ensure I have internet connection.
