No connection at all times
My experience with rain network has be terrible those guys just enjoy the premium but they do not deliver. I’m on their highest package unlimited but my internet is always down if it’s trying to work it’s always buffering they are a **** people should stop using rain network it’s a **** go to other service providers rain is terrible. I have logged a calls with them they say the tower I’m connected to is over loaded I should put my router on the window to face another tower. What kind of a service is that?????? That I should invite things in my house by putting a router on the window. I regret using rain and paying so much money for nothing rain is a **** rain is a ****!!!!!!!

14 Oct 2024, 14:43Your technician was here by the name of Vusi, he came to install another device on my roof that thing worked for few minutes now it doesn’t work at all. I’m trying to call him he is not answering his phone. What should I do now? Is that what I have paid for?????? The internet is completely down now.
