No connection at all

Have had no internet connection since I received the 5G router , I have called in and been told I'm connected and it should be working, all I must do is reset it , that's all I get told every time just reset it just rest it , DONT BUY OR FALL IN THE TRAP OF THIS *** RAIN WIFI ITS THE WORST.
