No connection all the time!

Rain has so far been the worst network I've ever used yet very expensive. I just ended a call for cancelation request, the Rep I spoke to was really nice and scheduled my cancelation for end of the month as I paid already. I don't understand why RAIN is ripping us off, because clearly I've been just paying for a service I wasn't receiving. I tried several times to call and get the network issue resolved and I was advised I had to add another R200 to increase the speed, I'm already paying R595 are you even considering that? Oh and to get a Rep for issues is so difficult but when you buying, you'd get 5 calls a day!

Improve your service because you'll lose customers. I'm already one of the ones you lost for your poor service. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
