No connection after payment

I have to say I am dissatisfied with the rain product. I have been on line getting help and nothing. I received my sim a day ago and it is still not activated. I mailed countless emails and I am still not connected. They gave me settings and still it does not work. I cannot spend money on a product that I have not used. I know we in lockdown and all. But yeeez this is not a good product at all.
