No connection after a week
Hi rain please send a technician to my house. A week later we still do not have internet. Please send a technician the towers are not down.please send a tech out my router cable on the roof is damaged
It's a week now with no internet connection.
Do we have to beg for internet now.
I really wonder who is the CEO of this company and what does he say with all this. Can someone please call me or send a tech out to my house. Logged 6 tickets still no help

It's been a week and 1 day including today and all you can say is the team is working on the site.
I have referred over 24 clients to Rain and look now they were right this network is not stable.
Can I get a tech at my house as I have mentioned that my cable on top of the roof is damaged
