No connection after 24hrs of making payment

I have been without internet for 24hrs, apparently I am out of data when I pay for uncapped subscription. Has rain management been changed because this is very strange I have been using rain for 7years and I am ready to move. What makes it worse is that there is no where to stop my subscription on their website. I have now spent additional money for data, I might as well move to other service providers plus the rain signal and coverage is often poor anyway.
