No connection

Again!!!! Intermittend or no ****ing connection... changed to the outdoor unit had awesome reception for a while just to go back to absolute ****.

My connection is so *****ed i cant even run a speedtest. Was told that the tower in my area was off due to maintainance, it has been more than a few days now and still cant do **** with this useless connection. What will the next excuse be? Allready changed devices, changed to the outside unit as the reception radius is better and still stuck with no internet.

What is the use of sending out early payment emails? I opted not to and my account is suspended!? Seriously guys every month or every second day there is some issue. Please sort out the payment problem, today is the 27th my debit order is suposed to go off today and my account is already suspended.

That outstanding amount is what you ****s are supoosed to debit...
