No connection

I orderedand paid for a rain 5g router on the 29th of April 2022 and it got delivered 4 days later. Ever since I received it I have never used it as it can't connect to the internet. I have called rain on numerous times to report this and cancel and each time am told it's been escalated to the relevant department and they will call me and a week later I have not received any call. I want my R500 back please

How are you get me connected? I have moved the router through at the house it has no connection. Let's rather cancel, it's almost month end and I had to make other means to connect

The fact that I have been calling and calling and no one even once mentioned anything about the Sim card and sending someone out to me shows how poor your service is. It's been 3 weeks with no connection. Please cancel, I dnt have the Sim card with me. Please let me know when when I will get my funds back I need to buy data

The router was collected a week ago and still no communication on when I will get my money. Kindly please pay me back my R500. Please note that unlike all the people that u dnt not refund my money will be refunded as promised. Must we always run to Hello Peter in order to get service?

Please dnt lie, the refund was only requested today. Only because I came to hellopeter. The only time your company listens is when people come to such platforms. Why was it only done yesterday after a week of collection?

My 499 was returned back. However 226 was debited from my account this morning? For what? Please bring it back cause I have never used your services. I cancelled without ever using your services. I want my money
