No connection

I’m back again complaining about Rain, my router has not been changed agent from Rain called the 8th advised they sending out technician to replace it Monday 10th guess what it’s the 13th nothing has been changed no one came technician keeps on making promises that they come. Come 20th they will debit their monthly fee for a WiFi that has not been working for 2 full weeks. I’m done
