No connection

Received my router yesterday late. But I don't no have Internet connection it's not activated and they said the one who will be delivering with assist with rica of the 2 simcards that came along with thd unit. This morning I've spent an hour with their support on the phone without an argent to assist. I'm sitting with a router that isn't activated and simcarfs what are not activated
