NO CONNECTICITY!!!!

We have been having continuous connectivity issues, especially during load shedding, we bought an inverter for the reason to have internet when the power goes out. We work from home, and it was working fine until 2 weeks ago. What seems to be the issue??? Pretoria, Silverton ext 15 , now it all defeats the point. Also, I have the R499 package, and my debit order is R530+??? what is going on, paying more, but not getting internet during load shedding???
