I had trouble with making a payment as I was unsure if it would be done automatically or manually, after calling their customer care number and being on hold for about 4 min, I was greeted by Evans Moagi, one of the nicest people I have ever talked to.

He explained every aspect of my account and was very helpful, he guided me through their process of payment and even showed me some tips on the website I could use to better manage my account.

I see plenty of negative reviews here about rain, but honestly, this is my third month using rain and I have not had a single reason to complain so far. My connection is good even with multiple devices connected, and their customer support has always greeted me kindly and helped out as best they could.
