No communications

I am a prospective client with a few questions with regards to packages, however, despite the fact that I have repeatedly asked for assistance via the ticket system on their website, I have not heard back from anyone. Mind you this system is the only way to get a hold of them - NO CONTACT NUMBERS??? How can you do business this way? It's disgraceful!
