No communication/responce

Rain support department takes extremely long to respond emails or call back customers. All you receive is generic email responce, but no one calls you back.

We have been trying to purchase the 5g package but we have a few questions regarding payment and the system keeps giving us an error.

We checked for contact details to call but we cant find rain numbers.
