No Communication

Really terrible service from them. Placed an order , paid and they advised the router will be delivered within 3 working days. Nothing was received and no communication. Phoned again and get told its 4 to 5 working days which wouldve made it last week friday. Called again and they advised it will be delivered last week friday. Nothing, today we call and keep getting told it will escalated, Called the people who deliver the packages and they advised you need to make a booking appointment. Why did no one from rain tell us this or sort it out?? My Job relies on this wifi.
