No Communication Channels

It is impossible to get through to Rain telephonically to log a query. Have tried calling today on two occasions and was on hold for an unacceptably long time without anyone taking the call. The website won't allow me to log a query - after typing up the details the page just keeps buffering and won't allow me to submit. My payment did not go through because I have a new credit card and need to provide these new details. I need to speak to an actual human being to find out how I can process payment
