No communication

I would like to make enquiries on order ***. Tomorrow will be 5th day since l ordered. No communication nothing. But the day that l joined you were all nice. I already see bad reviews of delivering late. Already l have missed 5 days after payment. When l am canceling l don't want any trouble as you mentioned that l will have to notify a month before and no charges should be charged. I will keeo the record here for future references
