No communication

Hi. We have app**** and paid for a rain sim on 20 March 2020 and still did not receive it. I received an sms from Ram couriers on 24 March that my parcel is out for delivery. I tracked my parcel via their website and wasted over a hundred rands worth of airtime trying to follow-up on the delivery status and still did not receive my parcel. I sent an email to your support desk on the 27 March and received a ref no ***. I have thus far NOT received any feedback. I am very disappointed in the level of service that I have received even before I have joined the network and makes me wonder how the service will be after I join.
