No Communication

so this started all about a week ago. from trying to get hold of the call center to receiving emails about a router collection. i had cancelled a 4G package witch does not come with a router had to supply that on my own.

now my 5G speeds that should be on the Ultimate package. where i use to get a Ping of 19ms Download of 601.37 Upload Of 200+

my Ping is Currently 274+ Download 30 Upload 90

this is not at all what i pay for And nobody is getting back to me witch is really making me mad.
