No clue how to look after customers

Have serious issues with Rain's service. Requested that they call me. A gentleman called me this afternoon (Mr S. T). He could not get hold of me. Sent me a mail to send him a mail tomorrow to remind him to call me. Are you serious about Customer Service with that attitude?
