No client Support.

I have been with rain for just over a month now, I took their 4G uncapped package and to my surprise I never have good speeds during the day, when I run a speed test my downloads speeds are always below 1mbps. I have sent a number of emails via their portal and surprisingly no one has responded to me, the only thing I received were automated responses with case numbers. The call centre is completely closed. What does a person have to do to get support from Rain?
