No cancellations - still taking money.

I see a lot of people complaining about Rain, fellow friends and family. So I would like to leave my 2 cents on this SERVICE PROVIDER. Last year we cancelled our package, returned the device in and was told it was cancelled. One year later, we allegedly stole their device and owe them money. I'm sorry, Rain, but who the hell is in charge of cancellations??? It seems like they tell you it's cancelled but are unable to provide confirmation. They have taken money from my account even after I paid in full whatever I allegedly owed. They kept trying to take money even after I insisted that they please remove my banking details. "They" said they did, but still there were deductions. Your wifi is well overpriced. Your service absolutely stinks. Your employees are the rudest people ever. I'm with Herotel now, and let me tell you I pay HALF the price now, with 24/7 5G wifi connection. NO ISSUES and it's been almost 6 months now. Anyone trying to choose rain, I suggest looking at alternatives because they don't give a care if they just take your money every month and don't even provide the alleged 5G wifi you're promised. Zero stars for all the inconveniences they have caused in my life.
