No cancellation of rain 5G and 4G.

Worstel service from rain. Cancelled my two packages with them at the end of march. They duducted the installments again on the end of Arpril and May. When the cancellation was requested, did rain said they requested the 5G router back. Until now did no one from rain contacted me collection the old modem. How can a company still deduct installment even after I requested a cancellation.
