No callback to resolve connection issues
This is probably the only way i will get a callback from Rain as i have tried to refrained from using this platform to get them to help me ,but looks like they dont care. I have logged tickets for callbacks as i just waste my airtime to call them and still dont resolve any issues. Can the technical department please do their jobs as the call centre always log the tickets for thwm to sort me out ,however days go by ,then weeks but still no assistance

01 Jul 2025, 17:36Can anyone please explain to me why my router have to change towers when the last peeson i spoke to said the closest is the best and I have put it to that side and then it searches for the deadzone area tower. Who is in charge of that cause I had no issues when connected to the closer tower.

01 Jul 2025, 17:45The router is not mouted outside but facing Springfield side. Please advise as the Hanver Park tower is in a deadzone for me as there are too many buildings etc in my way and i am far from that one.

01 Jul 2025, 20:39Since after 17h00 i have had a reply and nothing further. Do Rain even care if their clients get the best connection. Ive been a loyal and patient client for a whike now ,but ignoring me is the pits i must say.

01 Jul 2025, 20:48I think to cancel my subsctiption should be thw way to go then ,seeing they dont reply on their ****ty service . Service delivery is supposed to be for the client ,but looks like the companies needs assistance with how they should serve their clients. REALLY BAD
