NO BILLING SUPPORT
Apart from the ****py internet I've endured with rain today they do the worst which is Debit me again for the month of October. Before the 25th I changed my debit date to the 1st but they deducted on the 25th regardless, to day I'm being debited again and the worst thing is that their billing line is always busy

01 Oct 2021, 09:59no, I made August's payment on the 26th of August. July on the 15th of July since when do you deduct prior to services being used? Cancel my sim and refund my money back then

01 Oct 2021, 10:29I just verified with my bank, on the 1st of August 2020 I was billed R479.00. I've even asked for a bank statement to double check and its there.
