no assistance from rain support team, resulting in no internet connection for services paid for!!!!!!!

this has been just the worst, i don't know what we are really paying for. support take 24 hours before they can attend to your problem what utter nonsense. they know how to deduct money but the have the worst service ever. first of all it is not as unlimited as they claim their their service to me. i have been without connection since last night until now. there is no one to even call to fix this since it takes a flippen 24 hours to get any assistance if you are luck. On top of that we have to buy data just to stay connected. i am cancelling this ****py provider i cant deal with their terrible service i'd rather go into a 24 months contract then to endure this anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
