No assistance from Rain after payment has been made

So I purchased the sim card, made the payment on Thursday, today Is Monday and I am still not able to Rica the sim card, after numerous emails no-one replies. Your live chat is also not available neither does your lines work. This is absolutely disgusting service because my next payment must be made on the 21st of May and I am yet to use the data that I have paid. Everyone rants and raves about your service however you have really left a bad taste in my mouth, no assistance provided at all.
