NO ASSISTANCE FROM RAIN

I have had no connection since the beginning of the month with numerous emails which just gets returned that we are not assisting via email to contact support on the website i have done that but still no assistance. This is frustrating as my debit goes off promptly every month but when I need assistance there is no prompt assistance.

Wow and I still wait for someone to call me and I still don't have connection after paying R479 subscriptions.
Am i going to be compensated for this *********** service thats being rendered on the internet service and the customer service.

Someone emailed me and ask me a few questions I responded and now I guess I'm going to wait another 3 weeks for another response.
