NO ASSISTANCE FROM RAIN

I am extremely frustrated with the service I've received from Rain My 5G Router isn't working since Sunday (04 June 2023) So I called Monday and was advised that I was escalated and I will receive a call from the Advanced Technical team that would come and access the router and bring a replacement with . It's been 4 days later and 8 calls to Rain later with NO ASSISTANCE every agent tells me they'll escalate it to Higher authority and I will definitely receive help but NO ONE has called me back . At the end of the month RAIN is going to expect their full amount but can't even assist me with my query . How can I pay for a service I'm not receiving????? I am so disgusted that this is the service I'm receiving from Rain
