No assistance from Rain

Hi, for the past 2 months + my 10mg line has been less than 1mbps ( upload and download), making working from home close to impossible and online schooling for my 10yr old very difficult. It's one thing if rain gave me endless excuses, it's another thing to have not heard from them at all , no assistance what so ever... No direct contact number, no response to emails and Facebook messages. I've paid every month even though the wifi was barely usable.

Please help me find a solution.
