No assistance

Yoh! Me and my mother are both calling to get assistance with cancellations and I must say this is a tedious process! My mother is a pensioner and I have been dealing with her Rain since 2022! Want to cancel my mothers Rain but the consultant decided to cancel mine without even listening to me! She then placed me on hold! And I had to call back again! I’ve been using my landline and cellphone at the same time to get to someone at cancellations with no success! I got gentleman he did a security check with my mum and said he has to transfer me to cancellations( my anger is not directed at him as he even Called me back I appreciate that) I want to speak to someone and not on for ages! How difficult can it be to cancel! Jeeeeeeez can I please get home!
