No assistance

I am moving and have asked Rain since 27 Nov to come out and take down the rooter which they have placed on the outside wall when we moved in. One technitian came out with a 4 meter ladder instead of a 8 meter ladder. Making it quite clear that I am moving and that there will be no access to the property after I move out I have still not received a call or scheduled time when someone will assist me.
