No answer at the call center

Rain is the worst at answering their phone on their customer support.The Pakistani's waste your airtime trying to assist you.Everytime I activate simcards it takes 1 week for rain to Rica.The worst service provider.

I sent the second bank statement with my proof of address to the rica email address.I sent 2 different bank accounts with my proof of address

What is going on guys,really .I feel very sad now. I feel like i am begging for my simcards to be release.Remember I received a message yesterday my I was Rica and high 5 that my sum was approved and today I get another story saying you not happy with the first rica documents,now this is the second rica documents sent and no release of my cards.
