no after sales support

I have been experiencing a decline in the signal for a few months now. I missed a payment last month and decided to pay it manually and used the right refence number and the next day Rain deducted the same amount again. i logged a ticket and i was just issued a *** and nothing after that.. no refund. the after sales support is unacceptable. and the AI is not useful at all. we should be able to talk to someone who can gelp and resolve the issue as quickly as humanly possible
