No after sales service from Rain

Why does people order internet? Just maybe because they need it? Ordered Rain 7 days ago and paid the subscription fee. The modem was delivered on Monday, but does not work, the opperator told me that the Sim is the incorrect one for the Modem. They use an outsorce company to attend to these issues, and untill today, 4 days later, nobody has bothered to make contact with me. Bad Bad Bad.....
