NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

No way to contact besides through my account after logging in. Call center not working, emails not working. When they eventually get back to you they just tell you to put the router by the window on an email and close the query. NOT WHAT I'M ASKING FOR!!!! I want to speak to someone and arrange a technician to come to my house and assist!
