No activation on my sim yet after 2 days!

I've been struggling to get my account activated for two days now. You people expect upfront payment but then dont deliver on your promises. I was advised my internet would be on between 2 and 24 hours. It's been 48 hours and still no internet! A d none of the technicians I've spoken to can give a time frame. If I could activate it myself I would just there is no where to do it on their website. Most frustrating thing ever. Please just get my internet on! I'm not asking much!!!
