NO 5G COVERAGE IN OUR AREA!
I want to cancel my RAIN month to month contract. As discussed with various agents prior to taking the contract, I was to test it and see how it works, and IT IS NOT WORKING as I wanted it to. We do not have 5G coverage in my area, the 2 x additional SIMS do not work on my phones, and R559 is a lot of money for ZERO service.
I want the connectivity to be disconnected as of 6 November 2023; and refund please.

Yes, I was aware no 5G coverage in my area, and I was told 4G will take over...but connectivity is truly bad!

10 Nov 2023, 15:11I will pen a compliment if due...Please note initially there was no 5G connectivity and 4G connectivity was horrific...FYI 5G seem to be activated and I am happy, only issue, I need to procure a UPS for the Router as the router shuts down during load shedding! so thank you Rain, I am happy for now!
