No 5g connection
I have just signed up with rain 5g 4 days ago and every day it disconnects for hours and through the night. Today was my 4th call to Rain and all they say it could be loadshedding and someone will get back to me. This evening I'm still without connection and no loadshedding and no one has called. Really disappointing.

15 Oct 2021, 18:18Hi. We have not had loadshedding the past 2 days in the Bombay heights area and Pmb. which I mentioned to the call center, so that's not the problem. The excuse is always the towers are down and they say they will route me to another tower.
