No 5G

I have Rain 5G for quite some time with small problems but since yesterday morning 20/05/2023 i noticed that i have a 4g connection and there was no loadshedding. i send a msg via facebook that did not go through. i called them and was told that there was a problem with the 5g tower. so the msg went through to facebook and i got a call, giving me a long story to reboot router take out sim and wait some time. well todayis 21/05/2023 and i still have no 5G only 4g and this 4g is as slow as gprs. so why does the consultants NOT have the same story? so i took the router to my other premisis and there i have 5G. i did not move the router wher. SO WHAT HAPPENED.
