No 4G for 2 days & you get snarky comments from "technician"
We haven't had 4G coverage for 2 days now. The "technicians" say the issue has been resolved, when it hasn't. We get told to check that we have coverage for our area, when we have been using the service for 4 months already? When can the issue be resolved properly, as I am still waiting for a response.
