Nikiwe to our rescue after no internet connection

After more then 10 hours of no internet connection I tried to get assistance from some of the agents with no joy till Nikelwa Potwana called me and changed everything.She was patient with me and understood my frustration she gave us a few pits on getting our router sorted and it worked like a charm my family and I haven’t had issues since we received her assistance.Thank you Nikiwe for your professional and friendly service and support.
