Nikhil Raut is a wonderful, friendly, and understanding consultant. He helped me with my sim swop request that has been pending for days, as well as with my double payment issue, he updated my address details (failing to update via the App) and he assisted me with making sure that my line won't suspend from 25th untill last day of the month so that I can pay. This has been an issue every month, and I had to call in every month to make arrangements just for a few days. I was frustrated when I called and he made me feel better and actually made my day with his friendlyness and kindness. Thank you Nikhil and Rain.
