Nightmare
Early in the year, my husband used my card to pay his rain account, he canceled rain few months back, this December a card purchase of R1700 from rain went off my account. I have never in my life had an agreement with rain,
I need a refund ASAP

29 Dec 2021, 19:04Called and spoke to Sifiso Sibiya this morning, who claims to be a manager, he promised to call me back by 11am, still no call from him, I just called and spoke to Kekeletso Masela who as the query has not been attended to since morning, left my numbers for a manager to call me by 7:30pm, doubt if that will even happen.

Called and spoke to Sifiso Sibiya this morning, who claims to be a manager, he promised to call me back by 11am, still no call from him, I just called and spoke to Kekeletso Masela who as the query has not been attended to since morning, left my numbers for a manager to call me by 7:30pm, doubt if that will even happen.
