Nightmare

I should have probably read the reviews before I wasted my time and money with Rain. You can NEVER get in contact with any person at rain, when you do get the odd email back because you emailed for assistance 2 weeks ago that's about it. I am barely able to open one episode for 2 minutes before it starts loading again! And that is if I can get it to work at all! No Customer care over here!
