Nice idea, but fails in execution!

I had a problem with my Rain router, and did a swop, which came with a new SIM card as the old one would not fit in the different router. I have been struggling for 3 weeks to get the sim swop activated. The agents are wonderfully friendly, but totally unable to help. I have spoken to a number, and each time received conflicting advice/help. I would not advise anyone to go with RAIN until they have sorted out their issues. A very disappointing product.
