Nice come back from Rain

My initial service review of Rain's was not complimentary at all. However their network team(Riaan) managed to prioritize a engineer to come out to site and he found a sim swap was necessary for the internet access to be restored and he further optimized the signal and I am back up and running better than before. Thank you Rain for resolving the matter. With a super shacking start to the support experience they managed to turn it around very well.
