new router services not activated, not wifi connection

Im so over Rain, i will be returning their router today (delivered today). Apparently my services are not set up yet to be able to connect. When i spoke to the agent, who was obnoxious and rude, told me it can work today but then the turnaround time for activation is 24 hours. basically, Rain has left me stranded today all because my services are not activated and no one knows when they will be done today. This simply means today, i need to buy more data as i am working from home. Rain, please come and collect your device, i'm canceling the deal. This is unprofessional and depressing.

Im done with this product, never again. Please send a courier to collect the device tomorrow at 3pm.
