Dear Lebo Tlhakanye. I am disgusted by your company and the service I have received from your call center. I have app**** for the winter promotion on the 26/07/2021. I have been promised that this will take up to 5 working days for this to be delivered however today is the 10th working day and I have not received the product I have paid for. This makes me think why did I even consider taking your product.

Rodney - sales consultant who has been great helping me with the sale but couldn't deliver the product. Senzo mdlalose - a manager who promised me that I would be contacted at 8pm regarding the delivery but no luck. Sisiso sibiya - who also promised me to call me back at 8pm but didn't.

I guess managers don't realize why a client complains and the urgency of a complaint. Perhaps its because I'm a nobody that is why i've been given the run around but I wonder if you had a VIP client if the same standards will be shown to them.
